Most people liberty is to choose from hundreds of Yoghurts. Again we use India with their tradition to make their own Yoghurt or Curd at home, either from Soya or from Milk.
Here a Milk Yoghurt receipt I use: Warm the Milk put a tablespoon of (bought) Yoghurt. Fill it in a container and after 8 hours: voila your Yoghurt is done. Store it in the fridge or a traditional Clay Curdpot.
Here a Soya Curds recipe – How to make Soya Curds: Warm the Soya milk. Add the curds and mix well. Cover and keep aside till the curds set (approx. 5 to 6 hours). In the winter, place inside a cupboard or closed oven to set.
