The Federal Cabinet of Germany has decided the draft energy collection law yesterday. In addition to the special tenders, it also includes the planned reduction of subsidies for PV roof systems between 40 and 750 kWp. The law now goes its parliamentary way through the Bundestag.
Last week, the draft bill of the Federal Ministry of Economics for energy collection law became known. In addition to the long-awaited special tenders, the draft provided an unexpected surprise for the solar industry: reducing the subsidy for PV rooftop systems from 40 to 750 kWp by around 20 percent as of January 1 to 8.33 cents / kWh . The draft was now decided in the Federal Cabinet, ie the Federal Chancellor and the Federal Ministers. This was announced by the Federal Ministry of Economics today. The German legislative procedure now provides for the draft to be submitted to the Bundestag. via Photovoltaik für Deutschland
